About the event
Good Mood Creative is a new charity that uses the performing arts to improve mental health.
We want to explore how we can all connect better across Essex to improve Arts and Health services.
As well as grass roots delivery, we will be carrying our research with neuroscientists and academics so we will be inviting professionals from this space also.
