We're very excited to be delivering this very successful community workshop in Matlock on July 06th to celebrate International Day of Play.

This session is open to all ages and families as we will work together to explore rhythm and percussion games and bang stuff, all in the name of our mental health!

Did you know that playing together releases feel good hormones and rhythm can also release endorphins.

Bring the kids, bring the grandparents, let's do some banging fun stuff!
