About

WHAT?

We are a new charity with decades of experience.

We’re on a mission to make exciting performing arts projects that make you feel good.

Performing Arts include Theatre, Dance and Music.

Imagine small stories which make you lean in to hear, huge arty raves to make you sweat, singing that connects you to your inner rock god, moving gently when you thought you wouldn't be able to get out of bed.

HOW?

We deliver workshops and interactive events that improve mental health and well-being.

We carry our research in collaboration with scientists and academics on why this work works.

We are specialists in using Performing Arts techniques to aid mental health. We only work with professional artists who undertake our rigorous training.

WHERE?

Projects can be in Arts venues, community spaces, schools, outdoors, online.

Our projects are in the Midlands and the East of England and we have cunning plans for further afield.

FOR WHO?

Maybe you're a bit shy, maybe you're the life and soul of the party.

Our projects are for anyone who feels like they've lost their mojo or feel stuck in a rut or just want to do something to get in a good mood.

You don't need ANY experience in the arts, you don't need any equipment.

Neuroscientists found that creating art reduces cortisol (stress markers) which can induce positive mental states.
